Key Responsibilities
Offer technical guidance and support to the sales team, helping to address complex customer inquiries and providing solutions that meet customer needs and align with company capabilities.
Analyze and improve sales coordination processes and tools. Identify technical inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose technical solutions for customers. Customize and configure products or services to meet specific client requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for technical processes, sales tools, and solutions.
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Train and mentor junior sales coordination engineers and sales team members on technical aspects of the sales process, tools, and solutions.
Work closely with engineering, product development, and other technical teams to ensure that sales solutions are feasible and align with product capabilities.
Engage with key clients to understand their technical requirements, provide expert advice, and support the sales team in closing deals by addressing any technical concerns or challenges.
Analyze sales data and technical performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and customer solutions.
Manage technical aspects of sales projects, ensuring that timelines are met and deliverables are aligned with customer expectations and company standards.
Address and resolve technical issues or challenges that arise during the sales process, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
