Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Sales Specialist, based in Qesm 2nd Nasser City. The Export Sales Specialist will manage and develop international accounts, build strong relationships with global clients, and identify business opportunities in new markets. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, responding to client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and providing necessary support to ensure seamless export operations and customer satisfaction. Additional duties include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with leadership to meet organizational goals.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the plastics, Polymers, filler masterbatch, color masterbatch, or industrial factories.
  • Having knowledge of exporting to Africa's Market is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of international sales processes, export documentation, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
