Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Export Specialist based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The Export Specialist will be responsible for managing export documentation and logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and facilitating the smooth flow of goods. Additionally, the role involves regular communication with clients and partners, providing customer service support, coordinating import-export processes, and maintaining accurate records to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Export Documentation and Import Export procedures
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and partners
- Experience and knowledge in Export operations, including compliance with international trade regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus
