Export Sales Specialist

Role Description The Export Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position focuses on managing and expanding international customer accounts, developing export sales plans, and achieving sales targets for Jokey's product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities in international markets, preparing quotations and contracts, coordinating order processing and delivery with internal teams, and providing ongoing support to export customers. The role also involves conducting market research, participating in trade fairs or customer visits as needed, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high service quality and alignment with Jokey's commercial strategy. The Export Sales Specialist is expected to maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and contribute to continuous improvements in export processes.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships with international clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, preferably in export or B2B environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to deliver Training to customers or internal teams on products, processes, or standards as needed.
• Experience in the plastics industry, packaging, or related manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in export markets are a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Comfort working in an international, cross-cultural environment and willingness to travel when required.
