Required Qualifications
- Graduates of: Languages & Translation Alsun Arts (Languages Departments).
- Fluency in one of the following languages (minimum B1 level): Russian, Spanish, or French.
- This is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong command of English as a second language (B1 level or higher).
- Preferably residents of Maadi or nearby areas.
- Positive, ambitious personality with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the export field.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on international clients and contribute to expanding business in targeted markets.
- Prepare competitive quotations in coordination with the Pricing and Production departments.
- Follow up on customer orders and ensure product availability according to specifications.
- Conduct market research, study competitor pricing, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide effective customer service and handle issues related to orders and shipments.
