Office Furniture Manufacturing – Wooden & Metal.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Export Specialist will handle International Sales and Export Operations within the Furniture Industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. Manage export sales activities and follow up with international clients.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with overseas customers.
3. Prepare quotations, offers, and export documentation.
4. Coordinate orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
5. Follow up with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and internal departments.
6. Research new international markets and identify business opportunities.
7. Ensure compliance with export procedures and required documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Export, preferably in the Furniture Industry.
• Good knowledge of export procedures, shipping, and international trade documentation.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with Odoo is a plus.
