About The Role
Our Subaru Express Service team is looking for a friendly, reliable, customerfocused
Express Service Representative. This entrylevel position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, providing warm and welcoming interactions, and keeping a positive atmosphere in a fastpaced environment.
You'll be the first point of contact for our guestsgreeting them with a smile, listening to their concerns, and ensuring they feel valued throughout their service experience. No advanced technical knowledge is required; we'll provide all the training you need. What matters most is your excellent attitude, teamwork, and commitment to showing up every day ready to help our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings to every customer upon arrival.
- Listen closely to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.
- Maintain clear, friendly communication with customers about wait times and service updates.
- Create a positive and comfortable customer experience from dropoff to pickup.
- Assist with simple checkin and checkout steps using basic computer systems.
- Support the flow of the Express Service lane by coordinating with team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.
- Uphold Subaru's high standards of hospitality and customer care.

Compensation
Estimated Annual Earnings:
$35,000$47,000
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
