We are looking for an outstanding Primary Teacher to join our team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Silicon Oasis from August 2027.

UK FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEWS – LATE OCTOBER

Members of our leadership team will be in the UK in late October to meet and interview shortlisted candidates in person.

Skills Description

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Have proven experience of teaching within the Primary phase
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Primary curriculum and effective age-appropriate pedagogy
• Have a willingness to collaborate and share outstanding practice
• Have a growth mindset and be reflective, resilient and solution-focused
• Be creative and enthusiastic in their approach to teaching
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
• Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
• Be committed to meeting the needs of all learners within an inclusive environment
• Aspire to work in a world-class school with genuine opportunities for professional and career development
