Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Primary Teachers to join our team at GEMS Wellington, Dubai Hills, from August 2027, or sooner if available.

UK INTERVIEWS – LATE OCTOBER

Members of our leadership team will be in the UK in late October to meet and interview shortlisted candidates in person.

Skills Description

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent
• Have proven experience of teaching at Primary level
• Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
• Be committed to collaboration and the sharing of outstanding practice
• Have a growth mindset and be reflective, resilient and solution-focused
• Be creative, enthusiastic and passionate about inspiring young learners
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents
• Aspire to work in a world-class school with genuine opportunities for professional and career development
• Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our co-curricular programme and community events
