External Audit Manager

• Mandatory to have 3 years and above working in UAE
• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master's degree preferred).

Key Responsibilities

1. Audit & Assurance Leadership

Plan, manage, and oversee external audit engagements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and UAE regulatory requirements.

Review and approve financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

2. Tax Advisory & Regulatory Expertise

Provide strategic advisory on UAE Corporate Tax (CT) laws and related FTA regulations.

Oversee tax compliance engagements, including CT registrations, returns, and advisory matters.

3. Client Relationship & Business Development

Lead and manage the firm's external registration and listing processes with banks, free zones, government authorities, and major commercial entities (including malls), leveraging prior experience to ensure the firm's approved auditor status is recognized and accepted across key UAE institutions.

4. Cross-Functional & Strategic Collaboration

Collaborate with Tax, Advisory, Compliance, and other departments on multi-disciplinary engagements.

Professional Certifications:--

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is mandatory.
