Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop menus, menu boards, packaging, and in-store branding materials aligned with the restaurant concept.
Create engaging social media content tailored to the UAE F&B market, including promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Develop visual concepts for new product launches, limited-time offers, and brand activations.
Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand identity across all outlets and platforms.
Prepare high-quality, print-ready and digital-ready artwork with correct specifications.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and external vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
Adapt designs for delivery platforms, aggregators, and online channels commonly used in the UAE market.
Perform photo editing and enhance food visuals to align with current F&B trends.
Stay updated on UAE market trends, competitor activity, and emerging homegrown F&B brands.
Support store-level requirements including localized promotions and outlet-specific creatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and design files.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within F&B or hospitality.
Strong familiarity with UAE homegrown F&B brands, design trends, and consumer preferences.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of social media design formats and digital content creation.
Experience designing menus, packaging, and promotional materials for restaurants or cafés.
Good knowledge of print production and file preparation.
Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio showcasing relevant F&B design work is required.
