Job Description
An F&B and food manufacturing Quality Control Manager ensures that F&B products, production kitchens, and restaurant branches meet high standards of food safety, hygiene, and consistency. This role involves running audits, training QC & QA staff, and enforcing local health rules and global safety frameworks.

Core Responsibilities
• Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
• Implement and manage systems like HACCP, and local municipal health guidelines.
• Check hygiene, food handling, and storage conditions and temperatures across storage facilities, central productions premises, units and central kitchens.
• Test raw materials and finished menu items to ensure uniform taste, texture, and presentation.
• Teach kitchen and service teams safe food practices, personal hygiene, and quality standards.
• Developing ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
• Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
• Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
• Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
• Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory State's bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
• Overseeing product development's & production procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
• Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
Requirements and Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in biology, quality management and assurance (MBA would be an added value).
•+15 years of expertise in QC and QA with at least 5 years in management role.
•Certification in HACCP, ISO, FSSC, CQE or CQA would be plus.
•Strong knowledge of local food regulations, sharp attention to detail, and good problem-solving techniques.
•Analytical and managing people's skills is a must.
•Risk-Based Thinking, Cross-Functional Leadership, Effective Communication and Keen Attention to Detail.
•Local visa transfer and owns driving license and car.
