About the Job

An opportunity has risen at Kai Beach for F&B Beach Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service, high-quality standards, and excellent guest experience. This role supports management in supervising the team and maintaining efficient operations in a dynamic beachfront environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and beach service.
• Ensure service standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.
• Monitor cleanliness, setup, and readiness of all service areas.
• Deliver excellent guest service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Lead and support team members during shifts, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily updates and promotions.
• Assist in training and coaching team members.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Ensure accuracy in order taking, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate for this position will display the following attributes:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a beach club, resort, or high-volume environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Leadership and team coordination abilities
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
