The F&B Director - Female European is responsible for managing the overall Food & Beverage operations of our client in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates location. This includes overseeing the planning, organizing, and controlling of the F&B operations to ensure high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of similar experience as an F&B Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury hotel with a track record in launching and driving successful Food & Beverage initiatives.
- UAE local experience or abroad is required.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of the commercial and financial demands of the Food and Beverage department, including P&L management, forecasting, and budgeting
- Solid track record in maximizing guest satisfaction scores.
- Develop and manage budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of F&B staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure the best quality products and services are provided.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage menu offerings to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all F&B staff are adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management or related field.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Knowledge of financial management principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: AED 35,000 (all-inclusive plus other mandatory benefits as per the law)
