Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the service team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure all employees consistently follow company SOPs, service procedures, and brand standards.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and communicate operational updates, promotions, and service expectations.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and promptly resolve concerns or complaints.
  • Ensure accurate order taking, food and beverage service, billing, and cash handling procedures.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling to increase average check value and sales performance.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new employees while reinforcing continuous learning for existing team members.
  • Ensure staff maintain professional grooming, punctuality, attendance, and workplace discipline.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
  • Ensure opening, closing, and shift handover procedures are completed accurately.
  • Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the restaurant at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, municipality, and health regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels of operational supplies and report replenishment requirements.
  • Assist in inventory counts and ensure proper handling of restaurant assets.
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and communicate shift performance to management.
  • Act as the manager-in-charge during assigned shifts when required.
  • Foster a positive team culture while maintaining accountability and high performance

Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong guest service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
