About the Job
- To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests.
- Delivering food orders from kitchen to customers tables rapidly and accurately.
- To ensure that the station is always stocked and tidy, ensuring efficient service.
- Acting as the point of contact between kitchen and service
- To communicate clearly and effectively within the team.
- To ensure that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allow for corrective measures to be taken.
- To serve food and beverage according to guest's needs & expectations.
- To ensure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans.
- To wish farewell to all guests, encouraging returning customers.
- Maintain privacy and security of in-house guests and is continuously proactive in all areas of the operation.
- Follow the food and safety regulation.
- Follow the UAE law of alcohol consumption for a person with a minimum drinking age of 21-year-old while serving alcohol beverage.
- Support and assist Senior Management and perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management.
- Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies)
- To attend all training sessions as scheduled by the outlet team supervisor.
- Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities assigned are followed.
- Foster high level of teamwork.
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
- Ensure high compliance with policies & procedures.
- Commit to high standards. Own & Design original guest experiences.
- Commit to ensuring high levels of customer focus and delivering the unexpected.
- Understanding departmental Key Operating Procedures
- Ensure effective working processes are supervised in the department.
