Job Description

Job Purpose:

The F&B Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting, selling, and increasing revenue from the organization's Food & Beverage offerings. The role involves identifying client needs, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new sales opportunities for F&B services, catering, or products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present F&B offerings and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand client needs and provide suitable F&B solutions.
  • Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up on proposals.
  • Ensure excellent client satisfaction and service standards.

3. Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with F&B operations, catering, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, menus, and special offers.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, and offerings.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategies.

5. Support Responsibilities

  • Support marketing initiatives to promote F&B offerings.
  • Participate in events, trade shows, or school functions to promote services.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials or campaigns as required.

Experience:

  • sales in F&B sector: 2 years (Required)
