Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive food and beverage service.
  • Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented service area.
  • Upsell menu items and recommend daily specials or promotions.
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism.
  • Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards.

Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 12 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B certification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest service.
  • High standard of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
