F&B Supervisor

Discovery Dunes is looking for an experienced and service-driven F&B Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and enjoys leading teams, maintaining operational excellence, and creating memorable experiences for members and guests.

About the Role

As an F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation and presentation of our on-course hospitality outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, product quality, and member experience. You will play a key role in supporting inventory management, operational readiness, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the golf course operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operation of on-course hospitality outlets and ensure exceptional service standards.
• Ensure all outlets are fully stocked, organized, and maintained to Discovery Dunes standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and operational supplies.
• Support product sourcing initiatives and collaborate with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor product quality, presentation standards, and member preferences.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members through daily briefings and hands-on leadership.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Golf Operations, Procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support special events, seasonal activations, and member experience initiatives.
• Handle member requests and concerns professionally while maintaining a service-first approach.

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:

• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury restaurant, resort, golf club, hotel, or private members club.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine, and service standards.
• Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and operational controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and service-focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
