Job Description

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible to provide insurance and financing services to customers by verifying sales information and determining the need for financing. It is the role holder responsibility to evaluate customer creditworthiness, prepare financial and legal documents and sell products and services while maintaining rapport with customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Works in collaboration with the Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
  • Meets established monthly sales objectives.
  • Enhances customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
  • Determines the customer's need for financing and explore payment options.
  • Establishes a positive relationship with customers while presenting products and services.
  • Works with the customer to arrange for financing and to finalize purchases, presenting extended service contracts and other owner protection programs during the completion of the sales contract.
  • Reviews customers credit applications for complete information and accuracy, match customers to suitable financial sources and follows up with customers and lending institutions.
  • Provides the sales team with information on finance programs and the benefits of financing and extended service programs.

Required background & experience:

  • 2 to 5 years in a sales environment, experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to accomplish demanding targets.
  • Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
  • MS Office skills.
