Fabrication QC Inspector

Are you a detaildriven Quality Control professional with hands-on experience in fabrication for major EPC projects We are expanding our team and looking for skilled Fabrication QC Inspectors to ensure the highest standards across multiple disciplines in the oil & gas sector.

Your Role

A QC Inspector, you will be responsible for :

• Conduct inspection and quality verification activities during fabrication, assembly, and installation phases.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project quality requirements.
• Monitor and document fabrication processes to ensure compliance with project standards and international codes.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and QA/QC teams for timely issue resolution.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and ensure proper documentation control.
• Witness tests, inspections, and validation activities as required for project milestones.
• Support continuous improvement and ensure strict adherence to HSE and QA/QC policies

What We're Looking For

Required Specializations

• Piping
• Steel Structure
• Materials
• Welding
• Electrical and Instrumentation
• Painting and Coating
• Insulation

Experience

• Minimum 7 years QC experience in EPC or fabrication yards within oil & gas.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Certifications such as CSWIP, AWS-CWI, BGAS, NACE, API, or equivalent (depending on discipline) preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of international standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO, API, IEC, etc.).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
