Meraki Group is in search of an experienced
Facade Foreman to lead our facade installation teams on high-rise and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of glass and aluminum systems and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations for glass and aluminum faade installations.
- Ensure all installation work is performed according to project specifications, approved drawings, and safety standards.
- Lead a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address issues and concerns promptly.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper handling and storage on-site.
- Maintain proper documentation of daily activities, labor reports, and material usage.
- Enforce health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant vocational training in construction or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in facade installation, specifically in glass and aluminum systems
- Proven experience leading a team and managing site activities
- Strong understanding of facade construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
