Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, UAE, for a Facade Site Supervisor. The Facade Site Supervisor will oversee the installation and execution of glass and aluminum facade systems while ensuring that projects comply with design, quality, safety standards, and timelines. Responsibilities include
- Managing site activities
- Coordinating with contractors site team
- Obtaining work permits
- Resolving on-site challenges, and maintaining adherence to project plans.
- The supervisor will play a key role in quality assurance and efficient communication among project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years in supervising facade installation projects, including experience with glass and aluminum facade systems
- Capability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Strong project management and on-site decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant construction tools and software solutions
