AESG are currently recruiting a
Facade Structural Engineer to join our cost management team to work on a project in
Dubai.
As a
Facade Structural Engineer, you will support project leader in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our client, and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.
Job Purpose
- Hold responsibility for the construction supervision projects.
- Manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects.
- Provides guidance and leadership to more junior team members.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
- Required minimum experience 3-5 years.
- Preferred façade design and engineering experience.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues- at detail design and construction stage and remedial of existing projects.
- Conduct Façade diagnosis inspections and reporting.
- Conduct factory and site inspections and reporting, including testing and visual performance mock-ups.
- Generating multiple instances of repeat work with clients.
- Provide guidance and leadership to more junior team members and provide line management.
- Updating existing construction check list templates.
- Keeping up to date with the facade market/standards/code of practice.
- Development of research publications.
