- .Supervising facilities such as housekeeping, courier, Catering, Transportation, consumables, Landscape, printing, stationery, water, electricity, et
- cManaging the day-to-day maintenance & housekeeping within the HO admin buildings
- .Implement asset management and transfers
- .Prepare Budget and monitor monthly spending
- .Ensuring archiving services are implemented properly
- .Maintain proper catering management according to food safety policy
- .Manage the day-to-day cafeteria operations
- .Supervising reserving & distribution of company product
