We are recruiting an experienced Facilities & HSE Officer for a controlled industrial environment in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description

The Facilities & HSE Officer will support facility operations, security oversight and Health, Safety & Environment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workplace HSE compliance.
• Conduct facility inspections.
• Conduct safety inspections.
• Identify workplace hazards.
• Coordinate corrective actions.
• Support risk assessments.
• Maintain HSE documentation.
• Support site-security oversight.
• Coordinate with Security personnel.
• Monitor contractor and visitor HSE compliance.
• Support emergency-preparedness activities.
• Maintain incident and inspection records.
• Monitor compliance with UAE HSE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of workplace safety.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous HSE or Facilities & HSE experience.
• Recognised HSE certification.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE standards.
• Industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, engineering, defence or aerospace-site experience preferred.
• Strong inspection and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of risk-assessment principles.
• Good English communication skills.
• UAE experience strongly preferred.
