Facilities Maintenance Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will handle day-to-day building maintenance, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and address infrastructure-related issues. Duties include inspecting facilities, repairing equipment, managing plumbing and carpentry work, and ensuring a safe and functional environment. The role will also require working collaboratively with other departments to address facility needs promptly and efficiently.

• Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
• Strong experience in Building Maintenance, including diagnosis and repair of structural and infrastructure-related issues.
• Hands-on skills in Plumbing and Carpentry for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Physical aptitude to perform manual labor and operate maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in related fields is a plus.
