Plan and identify all maintenance and operational requirements for the organization's buildings and facilities, including preparing preventive and routine maintenance programs.
Contribute to drafting technical specifications for contracts, review vendor proposals, and evaluate service providers, submitting findings to the direct manager.
Coordinate with maintenance and operations service providers to carry out all works related to buildings, facilities, equipment, and furniture.
Ensure facilities and rooms are equipped with necessary supplies and equipment and maintain operational readiness according to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with internal units on bookings of rooms and facilities, and with contractors/design firms for design, renovation, and fit-out projects.
Monitor maintenance contracts to ensure timely execution, compliance with contract terms, and alignment with approved plans.
Conduct periodic field inspections to ensure building and facility safety, compliance with standards, and proper implementation of maintenance procedures.
Manage insurance procedures for buildings and facilities, update them as required, and handle emergency maintenance by executing or escalating promptly.
Prepare initial maintenance cost estimates; follow up organizational transactions with government service entities (utilities, permits, payments).
Coordinate renovation and furnishing needs with organizational units, prepare periodic facility condition reports, support procedure improvements, and adhere to health, safety, and emergency response policies.
