Job Summary:
Guiding and supervising all the maintenance activities and the execution of the pre-set maintenance plans, evaluating the daily performance of the technicians work, analyzing the requirements and arrangements of the field operations, special projects and coordinating with all the concerned Department in resolving their issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing the designs to highlight any potential faults and problems.
- Setting the required plans.
- Preparing plans and setting estimates and specifications in order to design the transportation and housing facilities.
- Setting the on-job training plans pertaining to the safety and technical matters to ensure the availability of a reserve of trained staff to cater for the present and future needs.
- Reviewing and setting the estimates for the required materials and supplies.
- Reviewing the performed assignments and ensuring the compliance with the pre-set safety standards and regulations.
- Conducting surveys to find out whether the available tools and equipment meet the operations requirements and accordingly taking the required action(s).
- Analyzing the facilities requirements for the budgeting purposes.
- Reporting about the highlighted deficiencies and unsatisfactory conditions to the Gen foreman, Support Services.
- Reading and analyzing the Watt Meter, electric wiring and diagrams.
- Reviewing and monitoring the execution of the planned maintenance activities.
- Preparing & submitting cost analysis of modification work and new projects.
Qualifications / Licenses
- Bachelors Degree in engineering.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience.
