Role Description The Facilities Management Director at RRH ELGHAZI is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing facilities operations and maintenance activities for assigned sites or client portfolios. This role includes planning and coordinating facility management (FM) programs, monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Director will develop and manage facilities budgets, track expenditures, and recommend cost-effective solutions for repairs, upgrades, and services. Daily tasks involve supervising internal teams or external vendors, reviewing performance metrics, and preparing concise reports on facility conditions and operational risks. The Director will collaborate with stakeholders to align facilities strategies with organizational priorities and support continuous improvement of the built environment.

Qualifications

Strong Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills, with experience overseeing multi-site or complex environments.
Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including directing teams or vendors and managing performance expectations.
Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control, with the ability to analyze financial data and optimize facility-related spending.
Experience implementing and monitoring Preventive Maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to facilities management.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present concise reports and recommendations.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities suitable for part-time, remote work.
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with CMMS or other facilities management software is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and support inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices.
