Career Overseas Consultants Ltd. is looking for Facilities Management Engineer (FMCO) - Saudi Arabia
Job Description / Responsibility
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of building facilities and engineering systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Inspect Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire Fighting, and other building systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and arrange necessary repairs.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and service records.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality workmanship.
- Analyze maintenance data and recommend operational improvements.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and maintenance resources.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Building or Facilities Management.
- Experience in commercial buildings, residential compounds, hospitals, hotels, airports, or industrial facilities will be preferred.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Facilities Management operations and preventive maintenance.
- Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and building services.
- Ability to read engineering and technical documents.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
