Facilities Management Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Facilities Management Specialist will oversee daily operations related to building and facility maintenance, ensuring that properties are managed efficiently and cost-effectively. Responsibilities include managing building systems, coordinating maintenance activities, handling budgeting for facilities, and implementing energy management strategies. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Expertise in Building Management and Facility Management (FM)
• Knowledge and experience in Budgeting for facility operations
• Strong skills in Building Maintenance and ensuring operational continuity
• Proficiency in Energy Management principles and practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in using facility management software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Three or more years of relevant work experience in facility management or a related discipline
