Facilities Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to establish, lead, and manage a new facility management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, business development, client relations, financial performance, and team management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage day-to-day facility management operations.

• Develop and implement business strategies and operational policies.

• Recruit, train, and supervise operational and administrative teams.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health, safety, and quality standards.

• Lead business development initiatives and secure new contracts.

• Manage budgets, profitability, and financial performance.

• Monitor service delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare operational and financial reports for ownership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong financial planning and budget management abilities.

• Strong knowledge of UAE facility management regulations and industry practices.

• Proven experience in business development and team management.

• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
