Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to establish, lead, and manage a new facility management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, business development, client relations, financial performance, and team management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

➤ Establish and manage day-to-day facility management operations.

➤ Develop and implement business strategies and operational policies.

➤ Lead business development initiatives and secure new contracts.

➤ Manage budgets, profitability, and financial performance.

➤ Recruit, train, and supervise operational and administrative teams.

➤ Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

➤ Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health, safety, and quality standards.

➤ Monitor service delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

➤ Prepare operational and financial reports for ownership.

 Qualifications & Skills:

➤ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

➤ Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

➤ Strong knowledge of UAE facility management regulations and industry practices.

➤ Proven experience in business development and team management.

➤ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

➤ Strong financial planning and budget management abilities.

➤ A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
