Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to establish, lead, and manage a new facility management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, business development, client relations, financial performance, and team management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and manage day-to-day facility management operations.

Develop and implement business strategies and operational policies.

Lead business development initiatives and secure new contracts.

Manage budgets, profitability, and financial performance.

Recruit, train, and supervise operational and administrative teams.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health, safety, and quality standards.

Monitor service delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare operational and financial reports for ownership.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of UAE facility management regulations and industry practices.

Proven experience in business development and team management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong financial planning and budget management abilities.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
