Role Description

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day facility operations, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and properly maintained. This includes managing maintenance schedules, coordinating with vendors and contractors, supervising maintenance teams, and enforcing safety regulations. The role also involves budget management and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in facilities management, maintenance, and inspection processes.
  • Project management, scheduling, and budget handling skills.
  • Excellent leadership, team supervision, and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of safety regulations, compliance, and vendor management.
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or construction is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer
