- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure the workplace is safe, functional, and well maintained.
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repairs, and service requests with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage facility service providers including cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Support space planning and office setup activities when required.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and facility documentation.
- Assist in budget monitoring for facility-related expenses.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
