Job Description

Seeking a Facilities Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is open to emarati who are passionate about managing facilities operations and ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.

Requirements

  • Emirati
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure the workplace is safe, functional, and well maintained.
  • Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repairs, and service requests with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage facility service providers including cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
  • Support space planning and office setup activities when required.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and facility documentation.
  • Assist in budget monitoring for facility-related expenses.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
