We are looking for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth delivery of all facility management services within a real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and manage MEP, civil, soft services, security, and landscaping.
- Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, safety gaps, and maintenance needs.
- Manage vendors/contractors and ensure SLA/KPI adherence and accurate documentation.
- Oversee landscaping activities including irrigation, plant health, and soft/hard landscaping.
- Supervise security operationsguard deployment, incident reporting, and access control.
- Ensure HSE compliance and support audits, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
- Handle tenant/resident escalations professionally and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Maintain FM documentation, inspection logs, asset registers, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements
- 46 years of experience in facility management, real estate, and property management.
- Must have experience with document control within FM/property management.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
