About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance & Fit-Out Project Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects and ongoing facility maintenance operations. In this role, you will bridge site execution and project coordination—ensuring all interior finishing works and preventive/corrective maintenance meet high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Direct day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and finishing works (drywall, MEP fixtures, painting, flooring, joinery, and ceiling installations).

• Maintenance Operations: Plan, coordinate, and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance tasks across designated commercial/residential facilities.

• Subcontractor Management: Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and specialized trades, ensuring strict compliance with engineering drawings, scope of work, and delivery timelines.

• Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct regular inspections of material quality, installation standards, and finish levels to prevent snagging issues prior to handover.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce site health and safety (HSE) standards and local building regulations at all times.

• Reporting & Tracking: Prepare daily site progress reports, flag material shortages, track punch lists/snags, and report milestones directly to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 3–6+ years of supervisory experience directly handling interior fit-out projects and civil/MEP maintenance.

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.

• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and shop drawings. Proficient with basic reporting tools (MS Office / Excel).

• Communication: Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is an advantage for coordinating with client representatives, consultants, and diverse site teams.

• Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage trade crews under tight deadlines, and a hands-on approach to site coordination.
