Facilities Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily hard FM operations (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, etc.)

Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

Lead and support technical teams and technicians

Coordinate with approved vendors and contractors

Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance

Conduct routine inspections and recommend improvements

Respond to emergency maintenance issues

Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Support procurement on technical evaluations and scopes

Contribute to cost control and resource optimization

High maintenance task completion rate

Full SLA compliance

Zero safety violations

Positive audit outcomes

Controlled maintenance costs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

57 years of experience in Hard FM operations

Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of HVAC & MEP systems

Experience managing vendors and contractors

Familiarity with CMMS systems

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

Facilities Management Certification

Experience in retail / commercial real estate

Valid driving license
