Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Facility Coordinator position located in Qesm Shubra. The Facility Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day management of facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating facilities operations, managing maintenance schedules, communicating with clients and vendors, addressing client needs, and ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure optimal support and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in a facilities management or operational role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in , Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with safety, compliance, and maintenance regulations is a plus
