Facility Engineer

We're Hiring: Facility Engineer

Uniq Project is looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Facility Engineer to oversee the maintenance and technical operations across our portfolio of hospitality venues.

This role is responsible for ensuring all properties operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across all venues

Manage MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety)

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and applicable regulatory requirements

Coordinate contractors and service providers

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements

Maintain asset registers and maintenance logs

Support new openings and refurbishments

Control maintenance budgets

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality or multi-site facilities management

Strong knowledge of facilities operations

Proactive and solution-oriented

Able to manage multiple locations

This is a key operational role within a growing hospitality group.
