Facility Maintenance Senior Officer ( UAE National Only)
JOB PURPOSE:
To oversee and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of manufacturing facilities, utilities, and supporting infrastructure. The role ensures that all facility assets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance to support uninterrupted production operations
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in facility maintenance within industrial or manufacturing environments.

• Technical competencies: Building Maintenance Management, HVAC Systems, Electrical and Mechanical Systems, Utilities Management, Preventive Maintenance Planning, CMMS Software, Contractor Management, Budget Monitoring, Technical Troubleshooting.

Requirements
Job Specific Accountabilities
• Coordinate and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for facility assets and infrastructure.
• Ensure timely resolution of facility-related breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, warehouses, production facilities, offices, and common areas.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, generators, water supply, and fire protection systems.
• Supervise contractors and service providers and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in developing annual preventive maintenance plans and track completion.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, regulations, and facility standards.
• Monitor maintenance expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support facility improvement, renovation, and expansion projects.
• Prepare maintenance reports, KPI dashboards, and maintain asset records.
