Job Summary:

The Facility Management Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments. The role focuses on managing maintenance, facility services, budgets, vendors, and improvement projects while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all facility management operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities.

Develop and implement facility management strategies and operational plans.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Manage facility budgets, cost control, and financial planning.

Supervise facility teams, contractors, and service providers.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in facility management or related fields.

Strong experience in operations, vendor management, and budgeting.
