Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • System maintenance:Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Project management:Oversee the installation, renovation, and repair of facilities and equipment.
  • Staff and contractor management:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians and coordinate with external contractors and vendors.
  • Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve technical problems with facility systems to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Safety and compliance:Ensure all work and systems comply with safety regulations and local codes.
  • Reporting and documentation:Maintain records of maintenance activities and report on performance to management.

Required skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or civil) or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a facilities engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
