Job Title: Facility Management Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facility Management Officer with at least 1 year of experience to support the daily operations and maintenance of facilities. The candidate will assist in ensuring the building, equipment, and services are operating efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Assist in managing maintenance schedules and service records.
- Respond to facility-related issues and tenant requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facility management or maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
