Job Description
Supervise and control the cleaning, security and technical staff at site to ensure they are performing their duties and responsibilities as per the company's by-laws and client's instruction list
Provide assistance to Property Manager
Provide a bridge of communication between the customer and PM
Register and manage Service Requests/WO, Problem and Incidents in Maximo with the coordination of PM
Create work orders with planning if needed, and prosecution internally and externally until completion
Perform and manage data entry into CMMS
Organize and maintaining files and records
Follow up the pending requests
Perform periodic check for each of generators, EDL, and private boiler s readers update the report and send it monthly to PM
Assemble data, sorts and prepare accurate records and reports
Generating work permits and general management of any third-party contractor
Provide a 24hr response capability
Ability to do collection of service charges and send update to PM
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety rules
Knowledge and experience in building and grounds maintenance equipment and repair
Contribute in the implementation of an effective quality, health, safety and environmental management system by providing the needed support and excellent performance to ensure the suitability of the system (link safety plans to WO )
