We are seeking a Facility Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of our workplaces. This role is responsible for ensuring office environments are well-maintained, safe, and supportive of a positive employee experience. Manage facility services, coordinate with vendors, and oversee maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Additionally, you will support space planning initiatives and contribute to creating an efficient, comfortable, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure smooth and efficient workplace management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Handle facility-related issues and respond promptly to requests or emergencies.
- Support space planning and workplace optimization initiatives.
- Monitor facility budgets and control operational expenses.
- Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and service reports.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workplace experience and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in facilities or operations management.
- Good knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
- Experience in vendor management and service coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to operational needs.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
