This is a full-time on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Key responsibilities include managing production planning, coordinating operations management, and ensuring the smooth execution of manufacturing processes. The role also involves optimizing resources, driving productivity, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout all factory processes.

• Proven expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Strong skills in Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations
• Experience in Operations Management with a focus on efficiency and process improvement
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in managing factory operations in the industrial or heavy machinery sector
