Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of managing joinery and fit-out factory operations, ensuring high-quality production, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Leads teams, coordinates with project stakeholders, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Read, review, and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
- Oversee inventory management of lumber, hardware, tools, and consumables.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in joinery manufacturing and interior fit-out factory operations.
- Strong expertise in joinery materials, furniture, cabinetry, doors, and wall panelling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with working knowledge of woodworking machinery and CNC operations
